    Default Why is It So Hard to Stop Smoking

    The smokers think that it is very hard to stop the smoking immediately.And with that excuse they simply gives the idea to stop the smoking.But the people who stopped the smoking are saying that at the beginning stage it seems to me very difficult,but instead of stopping suddenly it is better to stop day by day.

    Default Bad Habbits hard to stop

    well bad stuff are hard to stop as we feel pleasure in that evil stuff , not only smoking there are lots of other things in the society due to which violance generates . The only way to stop smoking is that , try to reduce smoking steadily , not at a day.

    Well i think it is strong addiction that smokers have developed of nicotine which stop them from quitting smoking.. Also many companies nowadays spray a toxic chemical on the filter of the signature once it has been manufactures. The prime objective of that chemical is to make people more and more addict to tobacco smoking!

    its the nicotine, its addictive. That's why if you're smoking for more than 10 years , you'll probably need meds to help you quit.

    Hi guys,

    Everyone know that smoking is a bad for your health. The nicotine in there is an addiction.
    In my country, Malaysia,the government increase cigarettes tax to prevent the citizen for buying it. Even it is expensive, still they buy it.
    To stop smoking need a high endurance and cannot stop it immediately but can reduce taking the cigarettes slowly. Maybe you can try changing the cigarettes with something else like a candy. When you need to smoke take the candy as the exchange, chew it and who know the addiction will gone without you notice.

    Because in cigarettes nicotine is used as a addictive content..so when someone start smoking he/she got addicted by nicotine desire..thats why its difficult to stop smoking.

    Like most addictions, there are physical and emotional and psychological elements to it - apparently if you injected the amount of nicotine that's in one cigarette directly into your bloodstream, you'd be dead in about five minutes - that's how powerful nicotine is as a poison - worth remembering when people find it difficult to give up !

    Smoker is almost depend on smoking. He become abnormal without smoking. His energy become very low without smoking.But if a smoker want to stop smoking he is success to stop.

    there is nothing to quit it, somewhere its just a reason not to quit smoking.

    Hi guys you wer talking about getting hard to quite smoking. I must say that it is not so easy to quite smoking because it has only bad effects which is damaging our healths. if you really want to quite smoking then i can help you. there is a center which is located in san antonio which is helping ou the people to get rid of this smoking. we are one of the medical clinic to offering your daily health tips. Smoking is damaging our healths as well as our body. it is also effecting your skin. our skin is smooth but after having a ciggete our skin is damaged very highly. we are not taking good care of our skin so we must consult medical doctors to take care of our skins.

    Your metabolism slows down when you quit smoking, and smoking is an oral fixation, so people tend to try replacing cigarettes by eating more often.
    Try drinking water when you feel hungry, and/or chewing gum when you feel like eating. Also, you might want to try getting more exercise. Now that your lungs are clearing up, exercise should be easier. You won't be as out of breath, plus you'll be burning calories to help lose weight...
    Congrats to you -- quitting smoking is really tough!!
