Smoking is definitely a serious problem. I have been battling smoking on and off for about 15 years now. Stop as soon as you can and don't do it anymore!

I don't know why are you taking interest in it. It is defiantly a serious problem in doesn't matter you take two cigarette or one. I will say it is a slow poison. Leave it.

Don’t take interest in it. It is really harmful for health. Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease and several other adverse health effects. Try to quit this bad habit as soon as possible.

Either you are smoking 1 cigarette or 10 cigarettes per day, it is never encourage-able. So please try to stop it and maintain a healthy lifestyle which will enhance your daily jobs.

You cannot think like that you are just smoking one to two cigarettes in a day is not affect your health, even a single time you smoke a cigarette gives you problem. So better kindly avoid the habit.
