    Default please help me

    My beloved husband died 2 months ago from a brain tumor.I did assist him at home because he didn't want to die in the hospital, so neither did I. I'm feeling desperate, exhausted and have a lot of pain. I miss him so much. I was a smoker but now I'm smoking much more than before. I want to stop this but I feel it's the wrong moment. Could I make a planning for the future when I'm a little recuperated from this deep sorrow or could anyone of you give me good advise?

    you could have at least minimize your smoking habits if you could not quit smoking right there and then because i know myself, it's pretty hard. if you aren't that aware, smoking will not only deteriorate your health but it will definitely result to a dry, dehydrated skin appearance, so might as well you may want to try out MX Omega 3 Extra, this is what i am taking up now while i am in the midst of battling up with my smoking habits.

    I have not seen any person in life who make smoking but live for long time in the world. Lot of studies regarding medical sciences have proved that smoking is dangerous for human life . There is no proof that it is useful for human health. Life is great blessing of God .So please keep care about your life if you want to live long in this life that is only possible if we give up smoking in our lives .

    You are suffering a depression ,because many people use a smoking ot get back from depression,but it's not a good way.you should make yourself happy and try to quit smoking.

    I think to reduce your smoking habit, it's best to do something that would make your brain and body busy like engaging on sports. This would not only make you physically fit but also shift your thoughts to other things than the sorrow you feel when your husband passed away. I know this is easier said than done but you should continue living your life as good as possible.

    Topic in a topic Adley Well i think most important is your own will power neither ill recommend you an e cig if still having a problem then, chew some menthol leaves when your body makes you uncomfortable. then let me know

    Try to get busy in work, so that it will help you in "stop thinking" about what happened in past. Hope it helps..

    Smoking is not good for health. But quit smoking is very difficult. Many people suggest est different tips like electronic cigarette and Nicotine etc. But my experience is, if want quit smoking first decide your preference and your mind will decide, I will quit Smoking. Then I surely you will quit smoking defiantly....!!!

    firstly you have keep yourself busy in some task, so that you find a little time for some other things to think of, a busy schedule will help you in managing your routine, further if you want to quit smoking, just try to have something better than cigarette, you can have fruit juice. live a healthy life

    Don't stay at home for a long time alone. Try to make yourself busy. Go out with your friends for travel and so forth.

    I was also a chain smoker, my friend insisted me to leave it anyhow. so, i used Nicotine jelly pills, initially i felt like to have cigarettes but as the time passed i was shocked to see that i was out of my smoking habit. Trust me & try it.

    Keep yourself busy by working. You will automatically feel that you don't want to smoke.

    nice thought to quite smoking, its very dangerous to health, do 1 thing keep your self busy in doing some work and make a habit of chewingum and slowly slowly try to smoke less.

    I have read your problem it same as my friend. He also wants to quit smoking so i suggest to that if you don't stop yourself then try this make your cigarette of carom seeds it is Ayurveda therapy so because of that you can fulfill you want and it not harmful for your body....
