Post once smoking start No one can stop it

According to my point of view, once smoking start. No one can stop it. Specially now a days young boys and girls starting smoking. So i think we should do something to quite smoking in young generation.

Unfortunately, smoking is still seen as "cool" by the young generation. As crazy as this sounds, it might help if we flood the youth with cigarettes.

In Amsterdam, marijauna was cool before they made it legal. Sure it was cool for a few years, but today, the youth of Amsterdam are not at all interested in marijuana. This is because it's so available. They all smoke cigarettes instead, because cigarettes are taxed very high and can only be sold to 18 and above making them a symbol of money and popularity.

Maybe if we desensitize our children to cigarettes, they won't even bother.

Well apart from nicotine, cigarette manufacturing companies also spray toxic chemical on the filter of cigarettes, prime objective of which is to keep people more addictive to tobacco smoking!

i disagree. When i was at the university, i started smoking because everyone else in my circle smoked. I have stopped smoking since I decided to get pregnant. That's 5 years ago. Still haven't touched cigarettes since.

Smoking cessation, i think is a matter of will.

Not no one. There are people that go cold turkey and are just fine. They're rare but they can do it. It's not impossible to quit, maybe it's hard as a rock, but it's not impossible.

Yes there is need to do something to quit smoking in young generation. But we can not say that no one can stop it. If you have strong will power and tell yourself every day it is easy to give up smoking then your brain will automatically start to believe that it is easy and soon your mind will get out of the bad habit.

I totally agree. No one can help you to quit smoking except yourself. No matter how long have you been smoking for as long as you are determined to quit, I think you really can quit. It's actually self discipline.

If we cannot resist addiction, we should better avoid addictive things such as smoking. We can still stop smoking even when are already addicted to it, but we need to have a great self discipline and motivation in order to do it.

to quit smoking may be hard but not to the extent where no one can stop it, we need to have a strong personality and discipline in order to win this thing. Sometimes, it depends on our motivation.

I disagree, its just we find out the reason to smoke or drink, every one does have that potential to quit smoking, and though there are so many natural things to over come out of it though you are addicted. Even there are so many vaccine or medicines which help you to get rid of cigarette. Its just thinking that once started cannot quit forever.

That's not correct, you can stop smoking through some confidence and controlling power. You can use e-cigarettes as an replacement that gives you same hit but harm you less. It contains natural and tested chemicals as the ingredients. With quitting process, you need to take proper diet and do proper exercises.

I was a hypnotherapist for many years and also a master practitioner of NLP when you have a person who says that they want to stop smoking there is three types. 1 the person who has made up his[er] mind and seeks help these people will quite no matter what you do. @ the people who wants some one to make them quit this type will not quit and blame the therapist for not helping. 3 is the person sent to the therapist to quit these people have not got the problem so it is impossible to help.
There might be a mineral deficiency involved in a craving effect other than that it is up to the person to be determine and they will find a way.
