Smoke causes so much damage to our bodies.Lung diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema, are largely due to smoking.smoking decreases bone density, promoting osteoporosis.Skin becomes dry and loses it’s elasticity as a result of poor circulation of blood.
Toxic ingredients in smoke travel throughout the body, causing damage in several different ways.By this Toxic ingredients our blood gets impure.

There is no confusion in it that we should not do smoke.
The reason is that most of the smoker have to face the problem of the heart attack.

Good discussion. Thanks for sharing. No doubt that smoking is dangerous for health and has many side effects. It causes many diseases like cancer so we should avoid it. Everyone should be aware with its effects.

Smoking is injurious to health. The above some points to be noted by smokers if they are looking to stop smoking... At starting it feels good but when it gets habit it feels worst for health and creates health related problems..

It is recognized that various diseases trace their cause from smoking. I believe this is true base from the contents of a cigar I can actually say that this is really possible. I think people must be aware about the components of a cigar to discourage them.

Quitting smoking no longer an Hercules task

Mostly everyone say that death cannot be prevented however smoking is one of the most easily preventable. Smoking has led to death also, so now that can be prevented too. You can also prevent any kind of breathing troubles if you plan to quit smoking. Another major problem that smoking gives is a sexual problem related to men called erectile dysfunction. It is a medical condition where the man is unable to achieve or sustain an erection. And this leads to dissatisfactions between married couples. A man also starts to look pale and unhealthy since smoking shows very bad signs on the face.

    Default effect of smoking

Smoking is dangerous for your health. Each cigarette you smoke damages your lungs, your blood vessels, and cells throughout your body. Even occasional smoking is harmful.

The habit of smoking is the most dangerous habit for the well being of the human body. It not only reduces the stamina of the body but also leads to other more dreaded diseases like cancer. Smoking is nothing more than a habit which people usually find difficult to quit.

Smoking isn't good for one's body. Especially if you've been smoking a pack a day, and for a long period of time. But what is the full extent of the effects of smoking on your body?

Never knew that smoking does reduced the power to smell.
I think I have to dwell on that part. Do some more research. :-)
