Earlier than you take an IQ test, learn relaxation exercises. The more relaxed you are in a test, the improved you'll score. One very easy relaxation method is deep breathing. Simply inhale deeply through your nose to the count up of ten. Purse your lips in a circle and blow out the air to the count of ten. A lot of people feel worry when taking the IQ test. Certainly, it's because they desire to score as high as possible, but this worry in fact tends to make people get inferior scores. Your brain can't work competently when you're doing too many things at single time. If you're fretting, you're not focusing on the test. While you perform the relaxation method, close your eyes and create a clear screen in your brain. The screen should look like one you find in movie theatres. You now become the star of your own movie. Picture was actually on the screen taking the test. You have a smile on your face as you close through the pages. Continue to like the testing procedure and notice how relaxed you are as you go through each page. You're actually enjoying the test taking procedure. You hand the test paper in and the screen grows dark. You now see yourself once more. This time, you have your results and you're more than happy, you're delighted.
