    Vitamin C is an antioxidant like vitamin E. It guards your body from free radicals, which may cause heart disease and cancer.

    To hold the cells together collagen is very important which is present in muscles and bones. And vitamin C helps in producing collagen.

    Vitamin C helps to heal from scrapes and bruises as it is an antioxidant.

    To keep your gum healthy vitamin c is very necessary.

    It also helps that vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin. Meaning wherever water goes, Vitamin C can go as well. It's definitely great for the immune system but the issue is that when people feel a little under the weather they start taking loads of vitamin C thinking that'll help them get over their ailment.

    Vitamin C works better when taking with Vitamin E and some of the B vitamins as well. And little did I know that bell peppers are one of the best sources to get vitamin C (even better than oranges)

    Vitamin C also called as Lascorbic acid is an anti-oxidant and is required for the metabolic reactions in living things.
    Fruits are a rich source of Vitamin C.

    I know already that vitamin C is important since my doctor told me that I need more of it. I started taking any vitamin C and from there I never experience again the illness I had before. Do you have any lists of foods that are abundant of Vitamin C? Hope to hear from you. thanks

    You can get vitamin C form citrus fruit such as calamansi and lemons.

    Its good for your immune system. Not nearly as good as vitamin d3 tho. U may want to check that out instead.

    Supplement C performs better when getting with Supplement E and some of the B natural vitamins as well. And little did I know that sweet peppers are one of the best resources to get vitamin C....

    supplement C is essential since my physician informed me that i need more of it, i began getting any supplement C and from there i never encounter again as well as i had before....

    Vitamin C is important but so is the other 11 vitamins and also they can not work without minerals and you need 60 different minerals
