    All these diets that they come out with fail because people’s body makes the judgement on how it runs. You can force yourself to eat less but only for a short while and the body will start screaming for food . Of course the doctor will tell you it’s your fault or its genes.
    What nonsense the reason your body screams for food is that it is mineral deficient and your body needs those minerals. The body needs 60 different minerals and you will not find them in your food. The agriculture department in the 1930s told the government that the soils where deficient in minerals and it has only gotten worse. In veterinarian medicine when a cow or house starting to eat thing that are not natural food the veterinarian will give them a mineral block [salt block] and the animal will return to eating correctly.
    When you get all 60 minerals in your diet you will lose your apatite and you will find it very easy to lose weight it will probably be so natural that you will not realize that you are losing weight. Some of the minerals that cause this problem are Calcium, iron, zinc and phosphorus. To be on the safe side you should go for all the minerals. There is products on the market but the one I used to lose 70 lbs with out a diet and found it easy was with Beyond Tangy Tangerine by Youngevity. This is not sold for losing weight it only fixes the mineral deficiency.

    Well-balanced, nutritious diets have the advantages of bettering health, improving people's nutrition and encouraging other wise lifestyle choices.

    When you say well balanced, you do not mention the minerals. If you try and tell me that they are in the food sorry it is not true. If it is not in the soil it is not in the food. Plants can not make minerals they have to be in the soil and a quick check of the agricultural department you will find the deficiencies in the soil. All these food only meal plans in time fail only look around and see the thousands of people who all have been on one type of a diet or another and now they are 10lbs more than when they started. Lose weight by eating is an oxymoron.

    It is difficult but in our thoughts. it can be simple if we cope with it in different way.
