    The best breakfast includes: protein, healthy fats, and good carbohydrates. My favorite for breakfast is scrambled eggs (protein) with avocado (healthy fat) and an apple (healthy carb). Some days I just go for the eggs and avocado. A little cheddar cheese is great to add if you want some extra flavor.

    I love to have apple and some pomegranate in my breakfast. Pomegranate is always part of healthy eating system and it's full of incredibly nutrition, these are benefits for health and lowering health risks.
