    No doubt juices especially of fruits and specific vegetables plays an important role in our daily life they give us nutrition we need.
    We should take them as the breakfast because they give is energy for whole day,And keeps us active.I love having orange juice and sometimes apple juice in the breakfast.

    Apple juice,orange oh and v8 juice taste way better then any other juice and it very healthy..

    it is excellent.

    especially if one goes on a juice fast as then the energy going to digestion goes to healing instead and people have been cured of many diseases...
