    Just a tip for snacking healthy: mimic meals. You want your snack to include protein and fat (helps you to feel full and provides essential nutrients) and healthy carbs (fruits, vegetables, etc).

    Interesting!!

    Veggie Dogs! They have only 1/2 of a gram of fat and 15 grams of protine! Hard Boiled eggs are good too! any thing that is high in protine and fiber, and low on carbs and sugar!
    Carrots
    Celery
    Peppers
    Apples
    Berries
    Milk
    Kashi cereal!

    Yes that's right. Healthy snacking or healthy eating improves the overall health. Like if you eat high protein snacks than you improves your health through it.
