    Default Fruits for heartburn

    I was wondring if there are fruits that can help me out with my heartburn problem, i drink lots of milk and yogurt to help avoid this problem, but now im more into fruits so i was wondering if there are any fruits that will help me out with this problem, suggestions are wlcome

    I usually find that citric fruits give me heartburn, things like oranges and lemon.
    Try eating bananas intstead, they give you a nice energy boost to boot too. You can get a good list of non citric fruits by looking on google.
    Also try nuts and berries. Hope this helps.

    Avoid fried and fatty foods as they will aggravate the heartburn, Milk and yogurt is great at helping to cool down heartburn.

    Yes agreed that Fatty foods make these problems.

    A healthy diet is to eat well at breakfast and lunch (maybe a little less at dinner if you go to bed soon) and exercise regularly. It doesn't matter if you eat caloric or food with high proteins. If you exercise, you won't be overweight nor fat....

    Try eating apples intstead, they give you a nice energy boost to start too. You can get a good list of non citric fruits and vegetables by looking on google. Also try almonds and fruits and vegetables. Hope this helps.

    Oranges, grapefruits and orange juice are classic heartburn foods.

    Diet program plans is to eat well at morning meal and lunchtime and regular work out, it doesn't issue if you eat calorie or food with high necessary protein, if you work out, you won't be obese nor fat....
