    This is very simple you can't make a silk purse from a cows ear. You can't make a healthy body without the 60 minerals 16 vitamins 12 Amino acids and 3 fatty acids. Without nutrition you can not have fitness.

    As said before I'm agreed with it that Both are necessary . You need nutrition for Better fitness.

    I think fitness and nutrition are interrelated. One cannot think of fitness without proper nutrition and vice-versa. Bothe Healthy eating and physical activity goes hand in hand. It is being said that proper exercise programs enhance a person's quality of life while proper health nutrition chat plan improve productivity and hence improves positive physical and mental changes.

    best nutritional supplements is very helpful for fitness, but we can't make perfect fitness without natural health supplement and diet meal plans .

    If you get good nutrition you can have fit body but all the exercise won't help you have a fit body without nutrition.
