Don't forget the fluids... Fluids are also vital to help our bodies perform their functions effectively, and the best fluid of all is water.

I do not know much about the diet meal plans being good for health,as i do not believe in taking supplements, but what i know for sure is that drinking water is indeed good for health.Water is very aptly called the nectar of life as it is so very essential part of a healthy diet.Without water our body would not function properly, our body systems will start to malfunction and will not perform any of the activity properly.
Drinking water also has many other advantages like,it helps in weight loss, gives us energy, keeps the heart healthy, cleanses the body and help keep our skin healthy.

When you talk water there is RO water, distilled water and tap water. Well think about Athletes die sooner than most people because they sweat when you sweat, sweat is a mixture of minerals and not just water. You need 60 minerals in your body and if it is not in your food and water you are going to be deficient. Also the soils in North America is deficient of minerals, so it will not be in your food even if it is the best. There is no farmer puts 60 minerals on his field to grow the vegetables maybe three NPK or nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. If you think that the farmer which you are buying your vegetables from is putting on Antimony, bismuth, boron, calcium, cesium, chromium, cobalt, copper, europium, fluoride, germanium, gold, inositol, iodine, iron, lanthanum, lithium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, niacin, neodymium, nickel, selenium, silica, sliver and a lot more all these are essential minerals in your body and some are depleted in the soil. So how are you going to get them from food.
