    I just found out how we can avoid and prevent degenerative diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure, amongst the many.     There are ways to prevent type 2 diabetes. If a person really wants to know how to prevent diabetes and its complications, there are two things that are the most important to do to avoid diabetes.

    These two things will not only help prevent diabetes, but are two of the most important things to help improve health in general. The two things that must be done to learn how to prevent diabetes are to change your diet and get regular exercise. Sounds simple, but doing these things will greatly increase your chances at avoiding diabetes.

    You should consider about your diet and about your health,if your glucose level is increase in your body.eat a good diet like vegetables and fruits for good health.do a regular exercise to reduce glucose from body.

    Don't forget that weight loss is key! Only a 5% reduction in weight is needed to cause a decrease in your glucose readings.

    Reducing the risk of diabetes will require a person to eat what he doesn't want to eat and avoid eating all that he wanted. Why? Generally people loves to eat different kinds of instant foods, junk foods and fast foods. All of them contains a lot of ingredients that can cause health problems when taken into the body over and over for a period of time. And those that people hate to eat such as fruits and vegetables specially the green and leafy contains the vitamins and nutrients our body needs to fight certain diseases.
