    With the possible exception of the proverbial "fountain of youth", one of the most highly sought prizes in the history of mankind is how to lose weight fast. I mean, wouldn't it be nice to wave a magic wand, push a button or perhaps even take a pill and the pounds just melt away effortlessly? Sounds like something in Peter Pan's ""Never-Never Land"!

    But suppose there's a party, reunion or other special occasion coming up in two weeks. You've got the perfect outfit for it, but it's just a little tight right now. You need to lose about 5-7 pounds and you're looking for ideas on how to lose that weight fast. We're not talking an extended diet plan - just some options for quick weight loss. Well, there are several different methods out there.

    Losing weight depends on the balance between daily calorie intake and calorie burn. If a person burns more calories than intake, he/she can lose weight. However, rapid weight reduction is not healthy and not recommended. Normally, recommended weight lose is 1-2 pounds (0.45-0.9kg) a week. Balanced and healthy diet and exercises are the key factors of a healthy weight loss.

    If you really fed up with overweight & over callories then you can take some decisions & make some changes in yourdauly life routine like...

    1.You can take a glass of lemon water daily in morning.
    2.Dont drink water just after taking lunch.
    3.Take water after half an hour of taking lunch.
    4.Dont take heavy meals after 5pm.

    I think its usefull to u all..

    I would suggest to take it easy and slowly, losing weight in a slow way is safe and somehow more effective. Change your diet, it is not necessary to skip meals, you can still eat 3 meals a day but eat in moderation or eat less that the usual meal you consume.

    Diets just don't work or work for a short time than people regain the weight plus more. Obesity is a mineral deficiency and so is diabetes. If you get youngevity's beyond tangy tangerine which will give you your minerals and vitamins you need the weight will start disappearing because your hunger will decrease. They also have a product to speed up your weight loss.
