    Default How can prevent from Diabetes?

    Hi all, I am asking this question just because its like I have stopped doing exercise as my schedule is quite busy from last 4 to 5 months. I have heard that exercise is one way to prevent from diabetes, But I just want someone to elaborate it. Please guys want to know about in brief.

    Exercise may one way to prevent diabetes but having a good diet is the best way to consider in order to prevent it shall we say it is somehow enough to prevent acquiring it.

    Yes excercise will play very important role in preventing diabetes. If you would go for yoga instead of normal excercise that will work better.
    Always keep in mind constipation is the first sign of any disease specially stomach disease and diabetes. So be careful....

    There is no way to prevent from this dangerous disease, many people want to prove their self that they can cure this disease but these are only face things, you can only beat this disease by do proper exercise and use proper diet, through this plane you can stop it but no one can get rid from it.

    Exercise and diet plays a major role in controlling your risk of type-2 diabetes. Hence daily physical activity is recommended for such cases. But this could be much useful for the older patients who cannot afford to a straight 45 minutes of physical activity.

    People with pre-diabetes can prevent the development of type 2 diabetes by making changes in their diet and increasing their level of physical activity. The Diabetes Prevention Program study showed that that some medications may delay the development of diabetes, but diet and exercise worked better. Just 30 minutes a day of moderate physical activity, coupled with a 5-7% reduction in body weight, produced a 58% reduction in diabetes.

    "DIABETES is the number one shame of the "orthodox" doctors in the 20th century.     I think the best way to control your diabetes is by following recommended diabetes treatment plan by your doctor and takes round-the-clock commitment. Try to make healthy eating and physical activity part of your daily routine and maintain a healthy weight. Don’t ever make smoke as your daily routine. Always keep your blood pressure and cholesterol under control which can be possible by eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. it can go a long way toward controlling high blood pressure and cholesterol. Keep your vaccines up to date.

    Most doctor want to control diabetes and not cure it. Curing is bad for business if they cure it you only need to see them one time if not see them forever. Why not look at curing it. The boogie man cholesterol there is no disease caused by cholesterol it is a warning that you have another problem possibly inflammation in the arteries.

    You can exercise all you want but if you are deficient in two minerals you will get diabetes. If you make sure you have those two minerals you will not it is that simple. Listening to medical experts that have not cured anyone of diabetes is crazy. Naturopaths have been helping people with diabetes and not the symptoms the cause

    Diabetes is when your GLUT-1 enzyme is not active enough. The only way to activate it is to increase the production of your GLP-1 enzyme (this is what medicines that control diabetes do). If you want to decrease GLUT-1 production, then eat more sugar. The only way to prevent diabetes is to eat well and start exercising more. Plant based diets help this as well. Your colon (and pancreas) will not be thanking you later if you eat copious amounts of meat. Sugar will not help either...since it requires the over use of your already stressed pancreas, in which it will continue to shut down, so eat foods that are lower on the glycemic index.

    Type 2 diabetes has nothing to do with your pancreas in fact most type 2 diabetics produce more insulin than people without diabetes. The problem is the inability of the cells to use insulin the trigger is a mineral called chromium which tells the cell to use insulin in turn the cell uses sugar. they call type 2 diabetes insulin resistant which means the cell will not use insulin the key is a mineral. The amount of chromium in the diet from 1949 to now has decreased by 48u/l in the blood to .13u/l in the blood it is lucky that everyone doesn't have diabetes
