I have read with interest that Normal vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar is beneficial for diabetic patients.It contains Potassium and sodium.
I am in a predicament whether to use this approach for my T2 NDIM, since my last tests indicate high levels of Ca & K+ plus Above range of creatinine values. My Doctor told it is going to effect Kidneys badly and suggested a low protein/low Na / low K+ diet.

Any views / advise on this issue.
