    Hello,
    yes your suggestion is good if you having less calories then it will also effecting on blood pressure i think only exercise is best option.
    Other wise you can go with the Natural Treatment to lose your weight...

    If you want lost your weight easily then drink 12 glass fresh water daily and going to morning walking.

    I think you have to control your diet.Please avoid fast food .You have to do regular exercise and yoga.It will help for the blood pressure.It play an important role in our daily healthy life.

    Yup! you should avoid fast food and do exercise on a regular basis it will really help you a lot. You have do to as much workout as you can do.

    Agree with you and like to say to lose weight fast break meals in 5/6 small meals including snacks and drink more water than routine. Eat fruits and vegetables more in your meal plans and drink green tea. Do not eat late and workout regularly.

    Loosing weight is so simple look for a dealer that sells products with all nutriments example Youngevity and the weight will disappear without exercise. If you stay on it you will not regain the weight.
