Default What to do if joint pain turns out to be Rheumatoid Arthritis ?

For a man, it’s a rather uncommon diagnosis. Some surveys are found 1.3 million are suffering with RA in US. Women are effected more as compared to Men, because of the hormonal differences. Other rheumatic diseases, such as lupus and fibromyalgia.

    Symptoms:

    First Stage

    • painful inflammation
    • swelling
    • stiffness

    In advanced stages

    • inflammation can be quite debilitating.

Everyone needs exercise, but especially patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

    Thanks

This type of Arthritis is autoimmune disorder and occurs when a person's immune system attacks the membranes surrounding the joints, causing them to inflame. It is a chronic condition and there is no cure.Treatments include lifestyle remedies, medication, therapy and in severe cases surgery.
Regular exercise is both safe and useful to maintain muscle strength and overall physical function.Disease modifying anti rheumatic drugs are the treatment for RA.It has been found to improve symptoms, decrease joint damage and improve overall functional abilities.
