    Default Knee pain

Hi, I was running last week (I'm runner beginner), and started to feel pain in my left knee. It's not swollen, pains on right side of left knee, and I can't walk properly, don't feel strength. What it could be?

It might be a good idea to have a chiropractor have a look at your spine and the alinement of your body. Make sure your waring shoes for running. Also beef up on good joint medicine clucosamine, chondroitin and maybe some MSM for pain. If all fails go to a MD and get an opinion than go to a Naturopath to fix it.

Theophilus Curtis Ratliff a basketball player blow out his knees early in his career and found a Naturopath who helped him regrow his knee and when on to play basketball for more year than most all other players.
You might need surgery but if you have the time go for fixing it instead of cutting because you can not undo surgery. There is a reason for pain and it is not a lack of surgery or pain killers

Sometimes when you have taken a break from your regular routine of exercise and start all over again, then you do experience
stiffness and also pain,as in your case.I feel you need to see the type of shoes you are wearing for your walks and run.The shoes have to the right kind of pair otherwise it will leave you with swollen knees, ankles and pain in the foot. But to handle the present situation you will need to go to a doctor or a chiropractor so that he can point out the right problem and also give you the right solution for it.

Sometimes this kind of condition arises when the muscles of the legs go weak due to lack of proper exercise. But because you are a runner, then exercise should not have been a problem. I think you should visit a chiropractor as early as possible,so that your problem does not aggravate.

A chiropractor is a good idea and also look into nutrition for your knee like glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. There is another new technique using PEMF pulsed electromagnetic fields which can kill pain by increasing blood flow it has been just approved by the FDA for pain and cancer. I made a unit myself that works great and if you want the schematics to make your own let me know it is free.
