    Cool home Remedy For knee joint pain

    I want to add some home remedy for knee joint pain......

    1. Lose that excess weight. Join a gym; prevent your knees from crashing under your excess weight.

    2. Buy a good pair of shoes that give support and absorb impact well.

    3. Nutritional supplements like glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), S-adenosyl-methionine
    (SAM),and vitamin E may also be useful in treating knee pain due to osteoarthritis.

    4. Drinking boiled water with dry ginger once a day

    5. During meals eating 1 to 2 tea spoons of Coconut Oil (Please consult your medical advisor before)
    Before taking shower / bath, massage the painful part / joint with Castor Oil.

    Taking bath with warm water is a best solution to prevent joint problems.
    oil massage on the affected part allows in reducing from joint pains
    Consuming tea created out of papaya seed is very successful in avoiding combined problems.
    garlic cooking with butter is very successful solution to prevent pains
    Chapatti created of flour which is consisting of cooking g flour with resolved butter when absorbed gives great relief from joint problems.
    Banana fruit has certain qualities that help in reestablishing lost vitamin in the knees and lower back thus is suggested in pain cases.
    Consuming heated take advantage of with one table place of turmeric root extract extract allows in reducing from all forms of body discomfort.
    To enhance the structures consumption of carrot juice is higly suggested.

    If the joint is excessive then visiting an orthopedic surgeons is must

    Oh! Dear thanks all for sharing these remedies here. Arthritis patients can also use stair lifts, stair chair to avoid walk up and down the stairs. It can reduce their pain and efforts.

    Hamstring reach. Lie on your returning, raise your right leg, and keep the upper leg up with your hands. Gently and slowly straighten the joint until you experience a reach in the returning of the upper leg. Don't bounce. Keep the reach for 10 to 20 a few moments. Do it again three to five periods on each leg.
    Quads reach. Stand with your right part on the returning of a chair. With your left-hand, reach returning, pull your departed rear foot toward your departed buttock, and point your departed joint to the earth until you experience a reach in the top part of the upper leg. Hold for 10 to 20 a few moments. Do it again using the right part and right leg.
