HI there Manoshankar368! well, I am no expert but my grandfather told me to tell people that he was told by his doctor to squeeze a lemon into a pitcher of water and drink this throughout the day. He said this helped him a lot. I would not use a plastic one since this may leach chemicals out into the water. I can't say I am cured since over time it reoccurs but it seems to be helpful, also to be honest I don't use a lemon every day. The lemon has been said to cause some difficulty if you have acid reflux but there are other things to do if you really have that anyway.

I also have similar issues like you have. I learned various forms of healing treatment but of all the stuffs of holistic practices I find this is the most effective in alleviating pain. This is called Yuen Method. I used it in my stress days, knee pains, back pains, and it works for me. And by using the word delete as a command I ease my pain. I suggest you look some of their practices. Leading Edge Technology To Reduce Physical Pain & Stress - Energy Medicine

Osteoarthritis is the most common type of hip arthritis. Also called wear-and-tear arthritis or degenerative joint disease, osteoarthritis is characterized by progressive wearing away of the cartilage of the joint. As the protective cartilage is worn away by hip arthritis, bare bone is exposed within the joint. Common symptoms of hip arthritis:-
The most common symptoms of hip arthritis are:
    • Pain with activities
    • Limited range of motion
    • Stiffness of the hip
    • Walking with a limp
Treatment for hip arthritis:-Treatment of hip arthritis should begin with the most basic steps, and progress to the more involved, possibly including surgery. Not all treatments are appropriate in every patient, and you should have a discussion with your doctor to determine which treatments are appropriate for your hip arthritis.
