Default Any help would be great!

I have consistent knee pain, whether I'm walking, standing, or sitting. I've had six knee surgeries. Surgeries 1-4 were because of a torn meniscus. Surgery 5, I received a cadaver meniscus transplant. And surgery 6, they had to remove half a my "new" meniscus because it was torn again. I've had four different surgeons, and after recovery and I still have pain they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. I have worn a knee brace since 2006, simply for support. My knee goes out on me quite often. I'm very frustrated with the whole thing, a "normal" life is something I'm not used to and would like some normality back. I'm 20 years old. Had my first surgery when I was 13. Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, I suppose you had been through surgery a numerous of times that must have make you to get frustrated. I wonder how so many operations had not helped you. Knee Pain is something that is caused due to any injury that might have occurred earlier. Are you getting your knee to be overused so that the pain is persisting?

Hallo, sorry to note the severe pain suffered by you. Now a days it is common.

You have not given your age. Any how, I would suggest natural remedies which could help you.
    1. As far as possible do not sit at ground level. Do not fold your legs.
    2. Use lot of food stuffs which contain calcium. Eg. Milk, Almond
    3. Give hot water therapy in the house itself by covering the joints with a cloth dipped in hot water which is tolerable by you.
    4. If you trust Ayurveda, take 3 tablets of 'Rheostat' per day.
    5. If still not relieved, consult a good physician.
    6. Try to avoid vegetables like potato, brinjal
