The health needs
of a woman’s body are very different from that of a man. Women go
through some very trying and difficult health problems in their
lifetime. Due to their delicate body , women are more vulnerable to
certain diseases like osteoporosis, anemia, joint pain and other
hormonal disorders. A large number of women also go through some
common problems like uncontrollable emotions, persistent mood
fluctuations, anxiety, fatigue and insomnia. The nutritional
requirements of women are also different from men.
